    I bought the XL cartridge to see if it lasts longer than the regular ones. My daughter prints pages like it's going out of style, so I need a longer lasting refill. So far, so good...

    There's no choice re: cartridges so always select printer you can live with re: cartridge use and HP using the 61XL is pretty good. Reliable. Decent quality. Not the longest lasting and somewhat pricey so if you find a good deal, get a couple.

    This XL product has the same quality than a regular ink. However it can print way more pages. So at the end you will save money because you will not have to change cartridges that often.
