Bought this online on Black Friday. It was a better deal than in-store. Reasonable price for the capacity.

I ordered these Original HP Cartridges for replacement when my present cartridges run out. I have had a terrible time finding re-manufactured cartridges that work properly and were worth the time and money so I went back to Original HP ink cartridges. Today I finally opened the box of cartridges to replace the yellow cartridge. The NEW HP yellow cartridge was properly inserted and was recognized by my printer as an OEM cartridge but unfortunately it errors stating the cartridge is empty and needs to be replaced. I have cleaned the print head twice and did an alignment but the yellow cartridge still errors as empty. This ink cartridge is 100% unusable. I can not print anything due to the error. I also replaced the Cyan cartridge and it was recognized as an OEM cartridge but I don't know if it will work either as I can't get past the yellow error message. This is an item that I always have an extra set on hand so you can continue your print job by replacing a cartridge that becomes empty. The problem with that is if they are defective you won't know until it's time to use them. I purchased them approximately 4 months ago so it's too late to return them. I have never had problems with HP OEM ink cartridges but now I'm forced to go somewhere other than Best Buy to purchase new cartridges while I have 5 new cartridges on hand (1 Set of two black and 1 set of 3 color cartridges) and at the price of these cartridges this should never happen. I will not buy ink from Best Buy again. the cartridges in the box were not in sealed bags so I'm not sure if they are counterfeit or not.

I have always bought the HP ink for my printers. Wouldn't think of buying anything else.

It's ink. Even with the discount ink is very expensive. But it is what it is, you have to have ink.

This was what I wanted... and it's sometimes hard to find. More expensive than I'd prefer... but I do use and need it.

These ink cartridges are not cheap and are depleted quickly with color printing. The colors are very good though so have to give it a decent rating

Works perfectly with my HP 8610. Price seems to be a little high for ink but it is needed to had to purchase

I searched several websites and stores and Best Buy had the best deal. It was delivered within 3 days.

after shopping around for ink at a couple of resellers, settled on getting them from BestBuy - not a lot of difference with respect to price, but the best value i could find.

I have owned HP printers for over 10 years, and I have never experienced any problems with their ink cartridges.

What can I say... they are ink cartridges. They work as advertised. I just wish they weren’t so ridiculously expensive.
