    Pretty awful. Had a full black ink cartridge I bought - then it said I can't print in black because I need to fill the color ones too!? WTF shut that s***down FTC! I recommend buying a brother, not an HP. Best buy made you buy this 3 pack instead of the (1) color I was out of!

    Good product. I do think printer ink is too expensive everywhere though. I usually buy when there is a sale, and Best Buy honors price matching which I appreciate.
