Freezes up so bad that you have to unplug it to watch a movie over and over The apps freeze really bad and netflix is basically unusable because of it freezing so bad. The internet At home has been upgraded and is fast internet so that’s not the issue.

The streaming interface is clunky.

After 20 mins to set up I started to watch a movie and the software locked up 15 minutes into the movie. I had to remove power to the box to reset it. Had to re-link to Amazon again and did watch an entire movie. Never tried the Blu-Ray part as it went back to the store.
