I got this so that I can stream and watch my bluray movies. The bluray works perfectly however the streaming is awful. I thought it was maybe the app so I tried all of them and all movies and shows freeze. I thought it was the internet so I tried other devices and they worked fine. It was this LG device that did not work. Once it freezes you have to unplug to reset. I also got it to watch HULU but it’s not one of the apps on there. The remote is so light weight I feel like I may break it. I will return this.

I liked my Sony player with generally the same features and price a little bit better, but the Sony has some kind of flaw where it locks up and never works again (Sony s3700). Sony replaced it three times before I gave up. The Sony has easier and quicker Netflix and YouTube access than this LG. More apps in Sony player than the LG. Was also able to program Sony remote to control my tv, LG remote has a very small list of TVs that it can control. LG remote also only works at very close range, pointed directly at player with NO obstructions. The LG remote app for your phone is worthless and doesn’t work most of the time. lG freezes frequently and can only be unfroze by unplugging. Although LG player works more often than not (in my opinion it should always work and freezes too frequently) I am generally not impressed with this unit. There simply does not seem to be any players in this price range that are actually reliable.

Works like a charm and blu rays and look amazing on. My previous blu ray would not let me watch Christmas blu ray collection. Definitely worth the price! The remote is amazing as well. I do not use the apps on it though so I having to say but they are probably just as great

I tecently purchased a 32 inch 1080 TV which is not smart, for a spare bedroom. My DVd collection is mostly Blu Ray so this lightweight compact unit does an excellent job of completing both functions in a confined space!

I am disappointed with my purchase. It advertised that it had Netflix Prime video YouTube Hulu Apple music Spotify and Pandora. Those seven preloaded apps were not on my Blu-ray player. What was preloaded on an already were voodoo Napster Pandora Netflix Prime video and YouTube. I was hoping to have Hulu not voodoo. I'm very disappointed in that. Also the Wi-Fi connection on it is horrible horrible horrible. The DVD player part of it seems so far to work fine. But yeah I'm very disappointed in my purchase I want to take it back. Now I need to figure out how to return this. So disappointed.
