I have been greatly disappointed. I was excited to watch baseball through the MLB app but that doesn't work on this unit because it can't handle their signal. While watching Netflix or Amazon Prime, the player hangs up and playback becomes choppy and the machine eventually freezes and becomes unresponsive. I can't even turn it off and have to unplug it. I also often have to re-enter my wifi password because the player loses the connection to my router. I worked with LG tech support several times to try to fix the problem and they finally offered my money back to apply to a new player. That was a couple of weeks ago and so the jury is still out about whether or not LG will make good on that promise.
