    The headset works fine but do not use the use the usb receiver storage compartment. It will get stuck and Logitech is no help at all. Tried to contact them and they didn't respond until 3 days later. Looked up a youtube video, had to take it apart to get the receiver out.

    They work how intended. I had no dropped calls or any issues. The only issue is the cushion isn’t that great. After 30minutes of use your ears will get sore. Not bad for quick phone calls hear and there, but not great for all day use.

    I've used their products for years with no complaints until now. The battery in this pair of headphones is awful. Doesn't seem to fully charge and is always scratchy sounding. I don't imagine I'll have any problems exchanging them so I would still recommend Logitech and Best Buy.

    The USB plug in is more reliable than a Bluetooth connection, Used whne we have two computers in one room participating in Zoom conferences. All sound is channeled into the headphone and not echoing into the other computer.

    It seems like it might be a nice headset. That is if I ever figure how to get the headset to work. There were NO instructions on how to connect the headset to my computer so that I'd be able to hear anything from the headset.
