Nice headset but not reliable for calls

That just can't happen. So, unfortunately, I returned them and bought a set with wires.

Not a good option

Even when charged overnight I noticed the next day it beeps like it’s low battery! I have to plug it in to continue working!

Undocumented Bluetooth!!

I was about to step away from my P.C. upstairs and still hear the audio downstairs . Only negative is they can be uncomfortable fit at first and I have a small head.

Great Headphones for the job

She tried several headphones to no avail. Then she bought these. Since then, no more complaints. Yes! (:

Worst wireless electronic I've ever paid for!

I sit < 24" from the usb port where the antenna (usb0 plug is, and they crackle constantly. Description says up to 30 feet? HA! NEVER! If I hadn't thrown away the packaging days before actually trying them, they would already be returned. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASE THESE.

If you haven't already, be sure to insert the leave-in nano receiver into a USB-A port and move freely around home or office, up to 33 feet (10 m) away from your computer. Also you have a 2-Year Limited Hardware Warranty with the purchase of your headset.

I’m very displeased with the quality.

Which, given my one star, they are. However, they hurt ears when worn over 2-3 hours. The connection lags badly when wearing and I have tested the difference between my wired and these. It’s the headphones for SURE. Also, the usb attachment broke upon receipt... guess that could have something to do with the lag, huh?

Ok but a bit inconvenient

However you can't use them while plugged into the USB port. I would like this option as I occasionally forget to turn them off so the next use they are dead. I will most likely go back to a wired set.
