    I returned these as I got a lot of feedback during a skype conference call. I also didn't like how tight they felt on my head and their is not a lot of padding for the ears. You get pretty fatigued wearing these for long periods of time.

    My house is about 1900 sq feet and I cannot go from the master room to the kitchen. The range is not good and a lot of static.

      I am sorry that the H600 only has 33ft of signal range. I suggest you try Zone 125, which has a 98.43 ft signal range. Also, feel free to check out Logitech's broad headset collection to find the perfect fit; just make sure the device's features are what you are looking for before buying.     I only need them for web conference calls so nothing fancy and I saw these on sale. I ordered them and they came and they don't even look like in the pic. The ring on the side isn't blue. If there's supposed to be a volume button on it, there's not and it keeps dropping the sound and crackling. I tried to return it but Best Buy flagged me as having returned too many things from last year when they sold me a computer that was supposed to be new and ended up being 3 yrs old and out of Warranty. So basically, these headphones are old and suck and so does

      Hi ScotW! Sorry to see you're having connectivity issues with your H600 Headset. If you haven't already, make sure the headset is fully charged before using it. Sometimes the connection is disrupted when the battery is lower. Also you have a 2-Year Limited Hardware Warranty with the purchase of your headset.
