    I bought this headset a few months ago together with the Logitech webcam. The webcam is still good, the headset Bluetooth connection doesn't have any issues as well as the USB charging. But the headset's right earpiece is no longer working. And I didn't buy the protection for this gadget because the brand is known for quality products. But I was wrong. I cannot recommend this product because of durability issues.

    The headset is not background cancelling and it doesn't go 30ft away from computer.

Please check out these quick tips on connectivity: 1)Move the headset closer to your audio source — it might be out of range. 2)Move away from other sources of wireless signal — you could be experiencing interference.
      3)Connect the headset to a USB port using the charging cable — it may not have enough battery power. 4)Try adjusting the volume on your audio source — it might be turned up too high.

    Headset not great, Best Buy is worse

    Simple to use, but it kept cutting out my voice. I could hear others just fine. Low cost is pointless if the device doesn't work. Switched to a more expensive set and had no problems with it. I did not realize Best Buy only offers a two week return window. If you want to take the chance on a cheap pair of headsets feel free, but keep in mind how little time you have to send them back.

    Unit is small and efficient, but static is pretty regular even close to the computer. Volume control is not user friendly.

    Bait and switch

    Order two Logitech H600 cordless headphones for virtual teaching and was shipped two Logitech H390 wired headphones instead. No packing slip, no explanation, no nothing except a switch to two headphones that cost half as much as the ones I order. Now I have to go to the trouble of returning them in order to get a credit back on my credit card. My advice is to avoid shopping Best Buy entirely.

    A total waste of money. The headset worked probably for 1 week before it started to emit a lot of cracking sounds. I can't move the headset 20cm away from the bluetooth receiver for a stable connection. Was planning to return it but Bestbuy said it was no longer returnable. Definitely wont recommend it to anyone else.

    I purchased it for work so I can use it on call meetings. It was hard to connect , I had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times during use. Till I gave up and purchased more expensive headset. I guess this is what you get for cheaper price you paid.

    wish i could return these, but for now since i work from home i have no time to return, and a medical condition that keeps me from driving to return, so im stuck. Usually i love Logitech headsets. This pair is awful. I have to squeeze them against my ears to hear the other person, The ear pieces dont quite fit right, something is off about this pair.

    Bluetooth works off and on. Charge lasts but overall this is the worst headset I've ever owned.

      Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear your H600 headset wasn't everything you were expecting. To solve the issues you've been having, make sure the USB receiver is fully inserted into the computer, and perhaps try a different USB port as the one you're using may be having issues. Also, try to minimize obstructions between the receiver and the headset to maximize wireless range.
