Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this product for almost 2 weeks now and I am in a lot of the software is impeccable everything is perfect I love Apple so much and this jazz makes me so happy that instead of a laptop I have something in between :) you should deathly get this product because when I went to Best Buy the service was really good I got everything in less than 10 minutes but everything I need the iPad and Apple Pencil

I went in to buy an ipad air. looked on site and it said it was available but when i got to the store the product was already sold out. After driving 150 miles that was disappointing. I had to get something so I went up one level and bought an ipad pro and there was just one of those. But my wife is truly happy. This was my anniversary gift to her. We waited months for this product to become available.

Too slow to actually be a paper/pencil replacement

I hope someone comes out with a sufficient competitor. It's bad at my weird left handed grips and hand positions so palm rejection doesn't always work with me. It's also not obvious when the pencil has died, is being flakey, or just isn't activated for a specific use case in a specific app. I really wanted to be able to take school notes on this but unfortunately it with the pencil is still not fast enough and sometimes it doesn't pick up my lightest weight strokes at all which is critical for fast note-taking.
