This printer works well. My niece uses it for college and it serves its purpose. The only issue is that it shuts off automatically, I believe a type of energy saving measure. This is bothersome when she is typing her papers and needs to turn the printer back on and wait for it to warm up again to print.

Love my new canon 3620 printer. was easy to setup and the printing quality is great ink is kind of expensive gave it a four star because instructions for wireless connection was not that great.

I love this all in one. It's simple to use but the ink is expensive. When my cat shoved mine off my desk and broke the back, I bought the exact same thing to replace the broken one. I recommend the 2-year warranty just in case there is a problem, as I did have an issue with same model bought in the past.

I got this printer on blackfriday. easy to set up. easy to use. no complain.

It prints decent quality. Printed a full A4 color photo of my kids on glossy paper it turned out very nice. Scanner is super easy to use from Android phone or win 10 laptop. Will recommend. The starter ink supplied with the printer is still working.

Overall, this printer is easy to use. Getting started took a little longer than expected and, at times, the printer becomes unsynced with my device but overall it was a good purchase

took 2 days of phone calls to Cannon customer service to get help in setting up printer to work wirelessly from Chromebook and smartphone..so frustrating...but finally after all that it works fine

Great printer , always trusted canon brand . I have yet to try printing photos as I bought this for that purpose . Only downside is the expensive ink. Very easy to set up just follow the manual carefully , didn’t have any trouble getting it up and running . Overall great buy .

Slow. Noisy. Prints photos a little dark. Thought about returning it, but decided to use it until the second set of cartridges runs out. Then I’ll think about giving it away.

This printer was a perfect size, color etc for me. Did not give 5* as it turns itself off and when you go to use it later from another room, you discover this and it is a nunance.

This is a very sturdy piece of equipment. It does the job well and is easy to assemble. It should last a long time. My only problem is it's heavy and so somewhat tiring to use.
