Absolute garbage will not connect to WiFi no matter what I do .. I’ve connected plenty of printers and this one is junk . stay away

1. 75% of the time, the printer is shown offline even the computer is connected and printer is power on. 2. Noisy 3. Slow

It was on sale, so I got what I paid for. It only accepted connections for about a week. After that, it's only been usable to scan/copy. Completely useless for regular computer uses.

This printer has no way of allowing you to enter the wireless network. The automated process did not work on windows or android. USB worked fine. Honestly, the Android app is terrible. I am sending this back for a printer that actually allows you to enter the wireless network so if this automated stuff doesnt work than you are still in business.

It stop working within 10 days. Suppose to be New.

Setup was not very easy, extra steps are needed for any device used for working remotely using a VPN. Within just about a week it will no longer feed paper consistently and now it will not even connect to our wifi even after several power cycles.

This printer is a really pain, I thought I bought a printer what I bought was a problem. The paper is always jammed, every time I want to used it there is always an issue. Horrible purchased.

Honestly I’ve never been more frustrated with a printer in my life. I’ve had to call customer support probably 5x in the past 2 months that I have had this printer. It’s super slow, I can rarely get it to print, and the troubles that I have had with it put me behind in my workload for the day.

I bought a Cannon Pixma MG3620 wireless Printer not 4-months ago and have had problems with Paper Jams continually, and it expends ink way to soon. It's the worst printer, with the most problems--considering it is new--I have ever bought.

Sucks!! Will not pair with our computer. Yo top it all off, to return this item, there is a restocking fee that is almost the price we paid for the printer. Sucks sucks sucks useless

Do NOT buy this product. It stopped working after only a week. It continued not to function, even after clearing a paper jam and replacing the ink cartridges.

Have never had a printer run out of ink so fast. 3 weeks and maybe 10 documents printed and again it says I'm low on ink (over $50 for one black and one color cartridge). Thought maybe it was just this model but apparently all Canon printers are now horrid in this way. Not worth it.

This printer is one of the worse that I have ever purchased. I was NOT offered any type of protection what so ever by the person that assisted me in purchasing this item. I am so upset with myself that I went to best buy to purchase this item from an employee that did not know what he was selling me. Wasted my hard earned money.

The printer would constantly lose signal from my laptop. Then all of a sudden it would jumble all my letters and sentences on top of one another. It only lasted about 4 months. WOULD NEVER BUY CAN0N AGAIN. Its soo loud, sometimes it would make noise but never print my stuff. VERY FRUSTRATING

I do not trust canon printer they loose wifi connect easy they are garbage if u want best printer go for brother laser printer

Couldn’t connect to wireless and your product support were of no help. I’ll probably throw it away and buy a brother from someone else.

after getting an email these were i n stock i went to purchase and it wasnt. after an hour with support online they said they cant help me get another one i had to go to a store and tell a manager.

A complete waste of money !! Printed 1x and 1x only from wifi.. after many attempts to reestablish connections I've come to the conclusion that this printer is a piece of......junk..

I purchased this printer less than a year ago. It's no longer working and reaching support has been impossible. I'll never purchase another canon printer again.

i waited a couple of months for this product and they emailed me it was in i was happy untill i seen they did not honor the price but made it higher bad business
