Product good/ instructions bad

When I called the Canon help line the first thing he told me to do was throw them away. An hour and 1/2 later I was set up with wifi printing and it has been great ever since.

Good, basic printer

Had a few issues with it going "offline" for no reason, but it hasn't happened in awhile and works well. Nice to have wifi printing. Got it on sale for a good price so feel it was worth what I paid.

Due to the pandemic, all printers ran out. So I been monitoring the Best Buy website and waited for a Canon printer to show up. It took a while but when one showed up, bought it right away. He liked it and me too as I know it will last long just like my Canon printer which is already 10 years old.

It does everything I want but having a hard time getting the printer to scan, I’m sure it’s a software issue but not as easy to set up as my previous Canon printers.
