My only problem was the delivery service carrier. Instead of setting the item on my front porch which was 2 more steps away from where they sat it in the middle of my sidewalk.

Not Wireless

Had to have Geek Squad download the software on my new PC. When I did it, it kept failing. This is "supposed" to be wireless, but even Geek Squad couldn't set it up for wireless connection. I have it connected via USB cable. I have yet to be able to successfully load the software on my laptop.

Great wireless printer!

This prints quickly and is good for infrequent printing and copying. Setup was a little tricky, but it's worked simply ever since. Not sure about the ink cartridges though, haven't priced them.
