Would not program DVD player

Two of us tried to follow directions for programming but couldn't get it to work with Samsung unit. Frustrating! finally returned it and upgraded to Insignia Universal Remote for $10 more. Insignia remote was pre-programmed with Insignia codes so only had to add DVD player and that was easy enough

Posted .Hello Charan - Our remotes are made to work with most of the major television brands. Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee a specific brand or model. You can search for the correct code by using the Auto Code Search function. Auto Code Search goes automatically through all the codes for the device you’re trying to control while you are programming your antenna to the TV's in your house. There are instructions on how to set up your remote included in the packaging.
