Was extremely easy to set up and use. My older parents and young children have been able to use it with ease.

I bought this to replace the original remote and works great. The setup took sometime, but once I got it, no problems. It would be nice if the backlight worked for the whole remote and not just the navigation button I'm the middle.

Inexpenive but works great. The original remote and gotten wet and this works out great. Will buy again if i need to.

Easy to program. Good quality for the price. I bought this to use at hotels because some of them have remotes that do not allow you to go to the HDMI device. This remote is easy to program so I can connect an Xbox for the kids to use.

Works perfectly was very easy to set up. I was having trouble with my family room tv. When I told the sales rep at Best Buy what was going on, he immediately knew what the problem was. So happy customer reps are so willing to help.

This is a pretty good remote in terms of set-up and basic use. If you want a cheap universal remote and don't want too much hassle setting it up, this is serviceable. However, if you want to make full use of it's ability to control your streaming device, a Roku for example, be prepared to keep your existing remote handy. When using the remote on a Roku, it requires an unobstructed view of the box. But, the biggest set-back on this remote is its lack of a back/return button that works with a Roku. Depending on the app you're using, you may have to hit the home button to step off something you were looking at but chose not to watch.

Works great. Compatible with my 2021 Samsung smart tv. Buttons don’t stick. Variety of button options.

Bought this remote while traveling cross country when another went missing. Was pleasantly surprised when the default codes worked for most of the devices. Needs a little extra effort to work on blu-ray devices, but does work.
