    It was an average shopping trip for ink. The product is good, but the check out at the register was awful. The cashier was so rude and mean which made me feel like I shouldn't be there. I was afraid to ask for a receipt that she might bite my head off.

    I had to purchase another although my last cartridge was still about 1/2 full. The ink dried up. Tried diff techniques found on YouTube but could only get out one decent page. Gave up and purchased a new one. They make it difficult to use non-OEM ink so I guess you have to just deal with it smh

    It is really hard to review a ink cartridge because there is no real way to compare an item that you can only buy from HP.one thing for sure ink is way to expensive.
