The printer uses up a lot during tax time and having access to hp ink locally is so convenient. Best Buy carries a good inventory in the local store. My hp printer that we purchased from Best Buy is still going strong after almost 10 years.

Good Product, but large footprint

I had a Japanese one prior to this one (died from overload electrical surge) that cost 6 times more than this one. My biggest problem is the large footprint of the unit (I wanted the 8 cup one, not available now). But it is a simple appliance, 800 watts, just put ingredients in turn on machine, press appropriate button (with countdown going then) and when done, take nonstick pan out. One other slight problem is cleaning the top; it does not remove, and it is a little hard to get the rubber seal clean. Otherwise a good unit.
