    The HD63 cardidges are expensive, and unlike many of the other HD ink cartridges, it would be optimum for modest pricing on refilled catridges for purchase.

    I was looking for the longer extended cartridge. Best Buy doesn't sell it. You have to come back more frequently to replace the standard cartridges.

    Bought extra cartridges with the printer since they were on sale also. But lets face it, printer cartridges are necessary but have kind of a short life.

    Used it to print class work while the kids are home. Only printed 80 pages before I ran out of black ink.

    Printers continue to use too much ink and these cartridges are no different. I don't print more than 30 sheets of paper and it is empty.

    The standard does not last very long. It ran out of ink while my printer states I still have 0.25 in quantity left. I purchased on 9/4 and am out of ink by 9/25. The previous purchase (before this one) also dried out too quickly. Buy the XL version, it lasts way longer.

      It can be frustrating to not have cartridges last long. Most people do think that the XL version is a better value.

      If it appears that poor performance is due to a defect or you were sent a cartridge already low on ink, please contact the seller.

      According to the Best Buy website: "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289)."

    The cartridges work as advertised, however, there is very little ink in the color cartridge for the amount of money charged

    the ink runs out too fast and don't get as many copies as it says on the printer [Envy[ but then this printer is not the best.
