Always bought Hoover vacs. But nothing compares to the suction of this model. It’s so easy to clean and maneuver. I’m a hard reviewer but this model deserves recognition.

We have a large Golden Retriver dog and he sheds a lot. We got this to replace our Dyson and this vacuum works and cleans better than the Dyson pet vacuum we had at about half the price.

Hose has a long reach. Is easy to maneuver and has excellent suction. However the "power" pet hair brush clogs with hair almost instantly and the "power" feature is driven by air suction so it really isn't powerful at all.

Good suction. Easy to use and clean. Hand hose could be longer or more flexible. Does the job well.

The suction on this vacuum is great. I do like the adjustable dusting attachment that cleans fan blades. That is a real plus that all vacuums should include. The canister does not connect solidly. When it is released for emptying, it frequently falls apart letting the dirt spread everywhere, in the air, on everything in its path. The attachments do not release easily. It is not a user friendly vacuum. I would not recommend nor purchase again. The two pluses are the vacuum power and the adjustable dusing too,

The thing is an animal!! I have pergo floors and carpet. It's easy to switch between the two. It really sucks to the floor and carpet giving it a deep clean. I have a dog and this vacuum is perfect for his hair.

This vacuum has 7 different level setting and it sucks up anything and everything. very powerful vacuum. Glad I made the decision to buy this vacuum

It works well but is pretty heavy. I'd prefer a lighter machine with the same suction power.

I love this thing. I dislike cleaning with a passion and this machine allows me to spend less time cleaning. It is easy to use, very effective and very easy to empty. Works like a champ on carpet and wood/tile.

This is a good vacuum. Suction is good filter works and has adjustable carpet heights. It is a little on the heavy side but not too bad.

Pushing and pulling this vacuum cleaner, is no longer the chore it it used to be. The long cord makes it easy to do all of the bedrooms at one time. I only have to go over a rug once, and that room is clean,

I have owned several upright, bagless vacuums over the years and I can't believe how powerful this vacuum is. By far the best vacuum for pet owners I have used.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the cannister fills quickly and must be emptied. Other than that it’s definitely one of the best if not the best I’ve ever owned. My wife is hard on vacuums and they rarely make it past 18 months. This one is still going strong after I’m guessing 4 years. I highly recommend this to any homeowner.

Excellent suction and smoothness. The very logn cord and utilities along with it makes life so much easier. Best is stairs can be vacuumed as well.

I have two dogs. That should tell you all that you need to know about the need for a powerful vacuum. I bought a Shark a few months ago and it simply could not pull the dog hair out of the carpet. This Hoover has a really powerful motor and it does a fantastic job. I could not believe the amount of dirt and dog hair that came up in the first cleaning. Made me sick! I had thought that the carpets were fairly clean but this vacuum showed me that they weren’t. They are now!!
