The trackpad keyboard (yes it's an "extra") makes it perform more like a computer than any of the previous iPad's I've had. I can't recommend this any higher!! Great product, good price and performer.

Works well for music lessons

I also don't need to wear headphones since the mic doesn't pic up the speakers either.
