    I needed a new Ipad and my sales rep Patrick at the Greenbrier location was patient and very informative. He actually listened to what I would be using it for. He's a keeper :-)

    This is probably our 10th iPad over the years, and the optics get better and better. However, they stop charging after about 30 minutes if you are not on the iPad (we charge them at the end of the day, and have to take the charger out and try again every 30-45 minutes

    Once again, Best Buy comes through! At Christmas time, when everyone else is sold out, Best Buy isn’t. The blue shirts are super helpful and you always know you’re getting the best deal on a quality product.
