Good iPad after some initial upgrade glitches

Got stuck during the setup and migration process because it had to install a new version of iOS before migrating from the old iPad which took hours of extra time, restarts, resets, manually upgrading, and finally being able to migrate using a backup.

No one had the price as low as Best Buy anywhere! ! Husband wanted an iPad, but refused to pay the high cost. I noticed a week or so after purchased it, Best Buy was touting a sale again, on the exact iPad. But, raised the “sale” price. Other buyers would be paying more. Shame on you Best Buy.Removed a star for that reason.
