I while loved this tablet. Good picture and easy to work on it

Love the 10.2-inch IPad - 64K - so much faster than my old one and much larger face - nice for movies on long rides on airplanes & in car.

So far, the product has been good. My aunt has had no issues with it. The only reason I give this 4 stars is not because of the product, but because of the service. One of the staff members that spoke to my older aunt tried to tell her that it would be pointless to get this iPad because it will not update after this year and then tried to sell her a more expensive one. I spoke to another Best Buy employee at another store and I was told that that was inaccurate information. Other than that member trying to con a senior citizen, we are happy with the product.

I love the 9th generation ipad. The screen is a good size and the battery life last long. Great for browsing the web and downloading new apps.

This is very light weight and very easy to use. I watch my movies on it with no problem.

Apple has made some noticeable improvements to their latest iPad. The front facing camera has been upgraded, takes great selfies and is great for video calls. The screen display is very clear and bright, the battery life has also been impressive.

My wife uses Apple products so this was a gift. She likes that it has stayed the same in appearance and location of controls that she has grown accustomed to over the last 8 years and 2 iPads. It is noticeably faster and clearer and the camera works better on facetime.

Does exactly as it’s suppose to ! You know when it comes to the price you cannot beat it! Now it’s not as responsive as the pro models however it’s a fraction of the cost and really when it comes to tablets nothing beats the iPad!

The price was right and the speed of the iPad is so much better than the ten year old iPad that was replaced. Has a nice speaker for music and when viewing streamed video the quality is just fine.

I love my new iPad! It’s easy to manage and not too heavy. I’m able to integrate it to all of my business needs with no problem at all.

One year later, this was an amazing find and I literally bought it when I saw it online and it works like a charm I love to relax and play games and it’s even perfect to watch movies on!! Will definitely be buying from Best Buy again very soon, I wanted to get my brother the same iPad for his birthday!!

This 9th gen iPad is the perfect balance between old enough to be affordable and new enough to still be relevant. The 64GB base model is much more usable than the older generations 32GB. This iPad and an Apple Arcade subscription is something he'll use on a regular basis, unlike his other, basically disposable toys.
