Damaged and lost in transit.

After a couple of chats and one phone call with promises of being contacted within 24 hours (which didn’t happen for days…)I gave up and re-ordered on December 8th. Thankfully the sale price was still good. Received the second order in a timely manner. Was very disappointed with customer service. Product is good, customer service not desirable.
