Still trying to figure out what to do… bring it to Best Buy or the Apple Store?

Buyer Beware

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Buyer Beware: If you make a purchase at Best Buy online and have issues, particularly delivery issues, then expect 15+ days to resolve the issue. You Can't go into a Best Buy location for help with your online purchase. The item was to be delivered on Nov. 29th and it was known right away that the package is lost. It's Dec. 16th and I've spent over 6 hours trying to get a resolution. Their online service is not US based. They know I don't have the product and they still took my money. Their best offer to fix the issue is charge my credit card for a new item, then wait 10-15 days to receive a refund for the item I didn't receive. Stay away.
