    I don't have a problem with the iPad. It works amazingly, even though it's an older model. But if you prefer the newer design, go for the iPad Air M1.

    Perfect for my use without being overkill. It is easy to buy a product in today's technology world that is way too powerful for what you might need. This iPad is considered a low end one, but it covers my needs very well. I use it for my apple smart home and some light tablet use.

    Replaced a Gen7 that died. Can’t see a lot of difference except a little smoother operation and loading of apps. Bought the 2 year protection plan just to be sure. Price was right and store personnel was helpful.

    After spending almost an hour on the phone with Best Buy customer service with a billing problem we decided to go to the store. To be honest I expected the worst. I was greeted by Vanessa & Candy who took their time and listened to me. They then rectified my issue. These two employees are professional and obviously take pride in their work. With employees like this I will continue to use this store.

    Bought this iPad for my wife as a Christmas gift who is a huge android user. I was kind of bummed out that we couldn’t get it before Christmas but that’s not Best Buy’s fault, the device was sold out during the holidays at most retailers. She immediately fell in love with it and is constantly learning new features about her iPad every day.

    I recently bought two 10.2 inch iPads and I don't regret my decision. The only thing I regret is not buying them sooner I highly recommend that you buy them. When watching a movie the screen looks very nice!
