The device is perfect as was the sales staff. I ordered online and it was ready within an hour as promised.

My New Ipad

Everything on my old iPad transferred over with no problem. It is a relief to be able to access sites and apps that I couldn’t do before because of the age of the old iPad.

When the last one sent itself into reboot mode and I couldn’t use it, I missed it. I took it to Matt at Geek Squad in Richmond Best Buy. He confirmed it wasn’t fixable and he helped me pick a new one. I like having my iPad back, it works well.
