He is able to maneuver through apps freely. Extremely user friendly. Shipped right to my door at no additional cost. It did arrive a day later than initially scheduled. However that was not a big deal to me. The only thing they could have done better was the packaging. It was surprising to see they had shipped it in a bubble wrap envelope, therefore the iPad box was damaged. Thankfully the iPad was intact.

I chose this 2021 version instead of the 2022 version bc of price. This one costs $270, while the new one is $350. She doesn't do much on her iPad so she doesn't need the latest processor. She loves it bc it is so much lighter and snappier. The display is brighter and sharper. I have the iPad air and it's not as good as that but for my mom, it's a massive upgrade from her 2014 ipad. She couldn't be happier.

While the older model was still working fine we have found the new iPad must quicker. Great upgrade. Will still keep the old one but the newer one is much improved.
