I ordered online and was to pick up at my local store. I had inadvertently put the wrong location as my phone thinks it lives somewhere else , the person at Best Buy handled it with no problem. Had my iPad in 10 minutes. Thanks!!

Shipping was delayed however, it arrived a few days before Christmas. I am very pleased with the iPad and it has exceeded all my expectations.
