I wasn’t able to recover it and Best Buy almost wasn’t able to let me return it since it still had her Apple ID. thankfully she has a iPod and we were able to take the iPad off. Best Buy exchanged it and the new one seems fine so far. Other than that, we love Apple products and the ease of functionality.

I pad 10.2 is a great tablet to own.
