    I love my new iPad. It was so easy to purchase online and simpler yeti to go to Best Buy and pick it up when ready. The only problem is the battery life. It is weaker than past experiences with older battery life.

    For my mom, she loves it. Apple gets me because I feel more secure with the way they update regularly its software. Me or my Mom who have no clue about tech things, it is a big plus. By the way, my household: apple.

    Happy with my 1st purchase of an Apple product. Bought it at a reduced price to stay in contact with family member while traveling. Set up was fairly easy when prompted and getting use to an Apple product took a little time with some patience. FaceTime works great, messages and I brought over my Gmail account that worked seamlessly easy. My Only gripe, was waiting 3weeks+ ( 11/23/22 - (12/16/22) for Priority Mail delivery from Best Buy but it arrived before my scheduled trip. Also, will be purchasing the Logitech “Combo” keyboard because of its functions and “backlit” Keyboard.
