    I had two 9th generation ipads and one from previous generation. iPad is made sturdy even little kids can't break. My son use it for his kindergarten homework as well.

    This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter, who is a budding artist. It replaced an older model iPad. It is so much more capable when paired with Apple Pencil. She loves it.

    Typically don't buy Apple because of the price. The Christmas deal was good enough for us to pick it up for our daughter. IPads have good parental controls.

    So far I have been pleased with the recent purchase of the Apple - 10.2 inch iPad. My only frustration is that a owners/operators manual was not included. I am slowly but surely learning how to make the iPad work with help from friends. It is the first time in my adult life where when I purchased an electronic item it did not come with an owner/operator manual.
