    Apple iPad is just fine. My issue is the Geek Help Desk. Before I purchased the iPad I asked if help is available to set up new iPad and download data from old iPad along with connecting my Apple cell phone. I was told to make an appt and there would be help. So I purchased the iPad but the help was ONLY if I purchased a membership.

    Apple products are always worry free so not much to say about the product. But I do want to say Best Buy pick-up service is quick, hassle-free. I will use the service again if a product is not available at my location.

    I would live my new ipad but the geek squad didn't set it up properly and I can't use all the features. I'm so disappointed, I've been a member of the geek squad for years and this is the first time I was very disapointed with the service

    My grandmother loves this iPad! She plays games and words with friends all day so it is in constant use. Facetime and messages work great as they are in sync with her iPhone.
