Transfer of apps from and pictures from old iPad to the new one was smooth and easy to understand. After depending on an 8 year old iPad most of this year, the battery life and access to all my apps on the new one is a pleasure. My only disappointment has been my inability to figure out access to the promised 3 months of Apple TV for free. I have not pursued it yet, but plan and hopefully I can make it happen.

Upgraded from a 6th, Not sure if I needed to.

I’m not used to the larger size yet. I’m still not sure if the upgrade was worth it.

I-Pad setup

We have a total Geek support plan which is paid annually. We took the iPad into your McKinney, Texas store with an appointment. The Geek Squad employee said he had set the 2 iPads up and was ready to be used. We got them home and cannot even get anything to work. We will call Geek on the phone and maybe they can help us. Not really satisfied with this situation!!!
