    Anything about Apple products are expensive, the same for this iPad. Good quality built and functionality. Wife loves it, but my wallet says otherwise.

    My IPad came the next day; they knocked on my door instead of just leaving it outside. It was nicely wrapped and undamaged.

    The product is as described but the Best Buy service was quite bad. For all the items I purchased that day they did not give even a 25 cents bag to carry them with ease although I was with a young child to take care. My experience with apple is good . They provided a carry bag when they delivered the pro version to my home

    Only gripe I have is I don’t use it as much as I expected. I still find myself going to my phone for everything. I’m sure I’ll find something it is better for eventually.
