    Excellent product, this IPad is All i need for work, I bought it while traveling in a city at Florida’s north and they didn't have it in stock but two days later it was in the other city I visited and was able to pick it up, Best Buy is always the best!

    Very bulky, not handy. Compare to same screen size android tablet this one is much bigger, bulky and not handy. Apple very greedy. You have to pay even for iTranslate off line download. Battery not much better than android tablets. Bought to try something different. This is first and last apple device I purchased.

    `Terrible experience with Best Buy rep. He was to transfer apps from old iPad. Specific request was NO passwords were needed. When the transfer was complete the new iPad requested for a password which we didn’t // don’t have. We also purchased a $189 service plan. The rep. Explained that there was nothing he could do to make the new iPad work. We would have to deal with Apple to get into the iPad. So now I have a new iPad that doesn’t work, and a $180 service contract that’s worthless.
