    The box wasn’t broken or anything ipad came almost fullly charged doesn’t move slow at all

    This new IPAD tablet was recommended by my son for my other son who has some difficulties with technology. After the tablet was set up with the programs he liked, he was off and running. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and had us on our way in short order.

    I'm very pleased with my iPad all the staff involved with my purchase set up and accessories were very pleasant knowledgeable and helpful. I presently use an android phone but plan on switching to an iPhone in the future and will be using the services of Best Buy for sure

    I have been using this tablet daily since I bought it. It has replaced my phone for many of the daily tasks that I do. I would recommend to anyone that needs a tablet and is, or wants to be, in Apple’s ecosystem. Particularly if you catch it on sale.

    This is my first iPad ever purchased and so far so good. I do like that it can sync up with your iPhone, if you have one, you can disable and enable certain features and notifications that are linked between the two. It does seem pretty responsive when maneuvering through the different apps and pages. The camera quality doesnt seem to impressive but for family video calls, it’s OK. Overall, it’s a solid product for the price but I’ll need more time to engage with all its functions.

    Not the latests version but still a great workhorse. I was able to get this on sale and for the specs it wasn't worth the extra money to go to 10th gen.

    You expect any iPad to be a nice tablet and this does not disappoint. Perfect for my needs, to use iOS-only sheetmusic apps. Shipment from Best Buy was lightning fast and was very well packaged.

    Got it for my 87 year mom. Has problems reading words. Made the letters real big she can sea to read.
