Love best buy the prices the customer service and the friendly atmosphere I get when we r there from the host at the door to the employees on the floor helping u out making sure you in and out as quickly as you can

Larger older model IPhone.

Some of the applications aren’t suited for the larger screen, so using them is a little awkward. Other than that, this iPad is great. Also need to type a passcode to sign in.

The only reason I removed a star is that a zoom bar shows up in the screen a lot while my kids are using it. I am not sure how to deactivate that function but other than that it is great!

I upgraded from a 7th-gen iPad, which was still working well and has been passed down to my kids. The 9th-gen comes with twice as much storage space, which is what I needed for than anything else. (32 GB on the 7th-gen meant I was having to clear older files off quite frequently.) I don't anticipate needing to upgrade again for a very long time. Hooray!
