I already own a Mac and this works well with it. I just hope I won't need a new one next year due to updates like I had with my old one. Fingers Crossed.

A really bad experience that's far from over
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.-10. I have had this phone for one year. Several months ago I gave it to a friend as a gift. Not much later he went to his best friend's wedding, a really big and important event in his life. Mysteriously the camera started taking photos and video that were really blurry and so he was unable to record anything from the wedding. We took the phone to Best Buy on July 1st the anniversary of the day I bought it. They said they couldn't honor the warranty because it was a leap year (it is not!). So off to the Apple store we went. There we sat and waited and waited. eventually they reset the software and to our great relief the video was no longer blurry. Now a week later the problem has returned. I could say ALLOT more about the obvious signs that indicated to me that none of this was real. Apple can easily make their products not work if they want to. This was all about Apple generating more sales while making Best Buy look bad. I won't say more because why would they allow a customer's real life horrifying experience with a trillion dollar company to be printed.
