You can’t go wrong when you buy an Apple product and buying my new iPad at Best Buy was a no brainer. They took my old iPad as a trade in and helped me set up the new one. Two thumbs up for an awesome experience.

Will give 5 stars at this time. Finally got appt. at local Best Buy to set up device. All works well at this time. Glad I could find the unit on-line. Haven't had much time to evaluate. Apple products usually please owners.

This is my 1st iPad ever, I am able to play games and handle all of my work tasks without a headache. Haven’t done too much with it yet, I’ve only had it for about a month but overall I am happy with my purchase so far

Order newest IPad for myself, first one I’ve had. Excited to have it and use it. Set up was so easy, just had to have my iPhone next to it.

It’s a great tablet even though it’s a little behind as far as charging. I enjoy using it and it does what it was meant to do.

Ipad are always good choices. Perfect. I added a keyboard and now I have a perfect portable computer. perfect for my day-to-day necessities.

Happy with the iPad. It seems to do everything it is supposed to do. IOS is not as user friendly as android.

It was easy to set up. It's a perfect size to fit into a large handbag or a carrying case. The on line technology works well for all my needs. I am very pleased.

This is a great iPad. My wife loves the big screen compaired to her phone. Will do most everything her phone does. Just make sure you use WiFi or your phone hotspot for web surfing and FaceTime. This is a plus in our book

Great screen and good performance. A bit heavier than my iPad Air 2 but a cost-effective upgrade.

My wife’s birthday present to replace a 10 year old iPad mini, price went down day after purchase and extra cost was quickly refunded, Best Buy has always been good that way.

Best Buy came through in a pinch! My IPad is my right arm; I’m lost without it! My old IPad stopped working. For cost efficiency, I decided to purchase a new one. Our phone company was out at least a month on availability, and since I didn’t need dedicated internet coverage I decided to check at Best Buy for availability. None of the Best Buy’s in the area had stock, but the salesman checked on the lead time, & guaranteed a unit in 2 days. Since we were traveling & leaving the area in 3 days, I was skeptical. Best Buy came through as promised, & I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. Thanks to Best Buy & our competent salesman's effort I am back in business! I will definitely think of them first when availability on electronics are scarce.

I had researched this iPad and wanted to get it right away so went to the store. I had to ask for help as no one ever asks if they can help. The salesman took care of my needs but was not very friendly.

Great iPad. Added a Logitech case with detachable keyboard and it has been an awesome addition to my Apple products.

I loved my last iPad and needed to replace it with a newer version. This one is faster and easily synced all my data from the older version. I was up and running in less than ten minutes.
