iPad Air is disappointing.

They've always been good to me. The iPad Air 5 is an extremely overrated product. It might be faster than the iPad 10, but that's also a very limited product. I'm used to the performance and refresh rate of my iPhone Pro. The 60hz screen is awful on the Air. The way it displays the home screen and most apps is equally bad. I assume the Pro is my answer here but the price difference is insane. This is the first Apple product I've ever owned that I legitimately do not understand. It's just not good.

Open Box - Excellent

Got great deal on open box - excellent, which in perfect condition and was only 2 weeks old and still had 11.5 months of Apple warranty remaining. Only issues were that the wrong charging cable was provided (which BB will not swap out for you, you would have to return the entire iPad). Also BB shipped the iPad in a plastic bag/envelope with no protection rather than a shipping box...so the iPad box itself is pretty dinged up.
