Finally broke down and bought into the Apple ecosystem now that they have USB C charging. Feels dirty but it's a great tablet... I'm keeping my Samsung phone though.

It's perfect for my daughter for the schooling that she's doing she has no complaints about it and we had excellent service when we were there that's why we keep coming back to Best Buy

I had a 10.5" iPad Pro (2017) that was not holding charge well any more with a battery health of 80% so I decided to trade it in for a gift card and wait for the 2024 iPad as replacement. On reviewing my use case (YouTube, Pandora, iHeart, casual Web browsing and email), I came to the conclusion that the 5th Gen iPad Air already meets my needs and I would save at least $250 instead of waiting and getting a 2024 iPad when it comes out. I’m happy with my decision and enjoying my new iPad Air. Best Buy has a great trade-in program and pricing for new iPads

Really enjoy the iPad! Love the keyboard and i pencil . Super easy to use and set up. I did ask for a purple one but received a blue one which kind of disappointed me.

Excellent purchase. This IPad Air 5th generation is faster than I could have imagined. I recently had an IPad 3 stolen while on vacation, and words can’t describe the difference in this device’s power. Add in the magic keyboard and I can’t foresee using my laptop again.

Purchase my ipad in April, wanted to get an older version ipad for watching movies and music only. Love, love my new ipad, happy that I chose the newer model and the touch screen is awesome, the screen is crystal clear, watching movies on this screen is awesome.

I use this IPad for working and for Netflix and it worked perfect

It was an open box product and while I was worried about it, once I picked it up and opened, it was perfect. No issues and so far so good.

Definitely a great iPad to have. It's so versatile, and it fits easy wherever you go. I like when I want to transition from um MacBook to the iPad for school or when I go shopping I can write notes and coordinate with my husband on his calendar easier.

Great device! Graphics are fantastic! Transfer of data was quite easy to accomplish.
