Fast delivery and great printer!

Downloading Drivers

I called and chatted with BB and was told that it would cost $40 although I had Greek Squad. Im in a Stationery group where many have this M553 series. I reached to 3 of them. One who also had the same problem...she contacted HP. My last intention was to do so. After a week working with this printer I was done. Between BestBuy saying they will call and chatting on site my mind was made up. It's not like this was my first rodeo installing a printer...I was within 15 days. I RETURN IT.

Good but big
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I knew it was going to be a big printer just didn't expect it that big. Easy to set up and woks great. Love the eprint and mobile app, works flawlessly. Printed a couple of photos 1 printed out great and the other was a little dark. Had to edit pic to get it to print correctly. As it said, it's fast, prints very fast.

Great Printer for the office of 50 users

After I opened it and realized my mistake I replaced an older obsolete color laser. I wish I had replaced it years ago. The price was right and I was able to get an extra large black cartridge for the printer. Fantastic print quality.
