    The cartridges were easy to install and results of printi were good. I just don't like that the color inkjet cartridges come individually for each color not a tricolor in one cartridge, so it comes out expensive.

    I've tried cheaper non-HP ink and been disappointed with the quality of the printer and the constant cleaning of the heads. Best Buy's price is typically the same or slightly lower than competitors' prices and I know that Best Buy stands behind it if I would have any problems. Yes, I wish that ink was cheaper but what can you do? Basically, the printers are lower prices because the $ is made up with the ink!
