Have had nothing but issues ever since they came out with their chip card readers. After multiple failed attempts by their customer service/tech support to fix the issue I finally switched to Square. All I can say is I should’ve done it sooner! Chip card reader works flawlessly with no lag. Great product for a small business!

This Square chip reader connects and it stays connected. Only drawback is that you have to have a separate reader for mag swipes connected to your 3.5mm port should you have to do a mag swipe transaction.
