I called to get assistance with email sync on my PC. My expectation was that someone would be able to assist me immediately. Certainly that is the standard for other technical assistance services. I was told that my request would be fulfilled in 1100-1120 minutes...19 hours. Really?? So that is your "unlimited technical support, 24/7"?? And for this privilege I pay you $200/year. Now you tell me, why would I continue that?? BTW, Microsoft assisted me immediately and completed it remotely in less than 45 minutes.

WiFi signal is strong and range is decent. It’s a good keyboard for the price.

Good keyboard, but a little noisy for my taste. I would jave preferred softer keys.

I loved the keyboard's slightly ergonomic shape which was comfortable and easy to get used to. However the mouse didn't function properly; it would just stop scrolling and I had to keep moving it around to start it scrolling again. I tried the setting options but they were no help. I ended up returning them.

The keyboard is nice, mouse could been a little larger. But over all good

Quality feels good upon opening box and first use. Text entry can be slow at times.

I wish it was truly cord less and didn’t need to have to align with the dongle.

I purchased this product last year due to the great price knowing my current keyboard and mouse were on their last legs. Recently got these out and noted the keyboard did not have any tilt legs on it (should have come with the unit). Sent a message to Logitech asking for those to be provided. Got a message apologizing they had routed the message incorrectly and I would hear from someone in the next 24-48 hours. 96 hours later I reached out and was essentially told they would not be able to assist me due to COVID and to figure it out myself. Found the spare parts list and tried to order...no spare parts available. Their spare part ordering mechanism did not even seem to work. I typically like Logitech, but this is a major fail in my book.

I did not care for it. it has a lot of features though.

Works well the only drawback is when typing fast the keys make to much noise.

All the buttons would not work on my I-MAC . So I had to take it back and buy a Apple keyboard. Best Buy person said it would work on my computer which it did, but all buttons did not work. After reading about it I found out you had to use Apple only. Keyboard may be find with other brands.

Keys are too tall and require too far of a compression to register.

Out of the box, everything was packed nicely and looked cool. However, as soon as I tried out the keyboard, I realized how cheaply it was made. The keyboard felt extremely cheap out of the box. Some keys, like the space-bar were extremely clicky and loud, and some, like the enter key, were extremely quiet and felt like I was not even clicking it. All buttons on the top of the keyboard (volume shortcuts, etc.) felt extremely cheap with the plastic feel and quiet presses. I did not try out the mouse as I bought this package for the keyboard only. Overall, I had to return this keyboard as it was poorly made.

This keyboard lags a lot causing misspelled words.
