    The printer is ok for text, but it is not good for photos. I have made several attempts to troubleshoot with tech support with no luck and Best Buy is no help either.

    With my old HP Printer, there was a separate tray that held Kodak photo paper. Sadly, with the new HP Office Jet I have to take out all my regular paper, resize the tray and then insert photo paper. An extra step I wish I did not have to do. BUT, I DO LIKE the feeder tray rather than having to lift and lay down on the glass what I need to copy.
