    Typical Hp ink cartridge. Works in the printer but price and length of use always vary. And not in a good way.

      I am unhappy to hear that you are not pleased with the cartridge. We do hope to provide as good a product as possible!

      Here are a few facts about ink usage that might help you expand the length of time your cartridges last:
      - A high-density print (like a photo) will use the ink more quickly than a text-only document, especially if the paper is highly absorbent and the environment is dry. Ensuring you have quality paper and more humidity might help.
      - Using the draft and black only settings on your printer can help save on ink.
      - Shutting the printer down between uses can result in some savings. However, always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That will let the printer 'park' so that the cartridges are protected from excess drying.

      If you feel that the poor page yield was caused by a defective cartridge, you have the option to:
      - request a replacement or refund from the seller

    I tried using non HP ink and it didn’t work very well. Sadly, you need to stick to the HP ink which works well. It is just mor expensive.

    Bought it ahead of needing it. It sat unopened for a month. Defective on install per lengthy HP 45 minute tech chat. Have to wait two weeks for replacement from HP because Best Buy will not replace it - I've had it UNUSED for too long. Now that package is open they won't take it back. Last purchase.
